The most lucrative feature of this product is they are providing the tool for 30 days evaluation period and license can be applied after that if they are satisfied with the product. Meanwhile when an user facing an issue, he could raise the issues to the development team(provided a mail id to the support team). The issues are cleared at the maximum of 24 hours.
